Occupational Therapist

Caroline is an Occupational Therapist who completed her B.A. in Psychology at the University of Delaware in 2012 followed by obtaining her Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy at the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia in 2016, Summa Cum Laude. Caroline completed her fieldwork at the Texas Children’s Hospital—The Woodlands where she worked in an outpatient pediatric setting. Additionally, Caroline’s training provided her experience within two school settings that served the needs of children with cerebral palsy and ADD, ADHD, and autism, along with completing a course in hippotherapy. Since 2016 Caroline has worked with adults in a subacute nursing facility and inpatient hospital setting in Pittsburgh, PA. She assisted those with various physical, cognitive, psychosocial, and developmental disabilities. Caroline has focused on promoting, restoring, and developing independence, function, and autonomy in adults, children, and families. She finds it important to incorporate an inclusive setting for families, caregivers, and support staff in treatment planning and therapy sessions to support the client’s needs, goals, and quality of life. Originally, Caroline is from Northern Delaware and moved to Lewes, DE in 2021 with her husband and baby.  She is thrilled to have the opportunity to join Child Inspired and looks forward to serving the needs of children and families in Sussex County.
