Frequently Asked Questions About Working With Child Inspired Therapy
Who creates my schedule?
You do! We believe that our therapists are professionals and should be treated as such. To that end, we allow our therapists autonomy to create their own schedules...while also offering the option for our clinic coordinators to provide scheduling support with clients/families.
What is expected of me for documentation?
It is typical that, for each patient, a therapist completes the following documentation in our EMR system:
* Evaluation report (completed to assess a child's current level of function and develop a care plan)
* Session notes (due within 3 days of completion of the treatment session)
* Progress updates (completed every 3 months when a child is actively participating in therapy)
* Discharge summary (completed upon completion of therapy)
Is there room to grow or specialize within the company?
YES! We encourage growth and specialization at Child Inspired. We also offer in-house trainings and workshops with local and regional pediatric experts and specialists.
What does a typical caseload look like?
A typical full-time caseload consists of approximately 28-30 direct treatment hours a week, giving you the rest of the week to plan, document, schedule, create, and grow. For our therapists who see children in the community, we make sure that you are not spending excessive down time driving between sessions by keeping you in the same geographic region daily.
