O24U: Self-Care for Caregivers of Children

Know how the airlines always remind us to place our own oxygen mask on before assisting a child or loved one with special needs? In order to provide healthy, positive care for others, it is imperative that parents and caregivers attend to their own wellness needs. We are calling parents and caregivers that are in need of an oxygen boost. Join us at the Lewes Public Library for this FREE workshop for parents and caregivers. Children are welcome to participate in a fun activity with one of Child Inspired’s family educators (in a separate space), while caregivers engage in a therapist-facilitated wellness activity.
