Tackling Childhood Anxiety

On December 6 from 6:00pm-7:00pm at Lewes Elementary School, the CHSD Special Education Parent Council, along with Child Inspired, presents “Anxious ~ Excited ~ Nervous, Oh My!!! Tackling Childhood ANXIETY!” At this inspiring workshop, Child Inspired team members Allison Veith, LPCMH ~ Christina Connors, OTR/L ~ and Mandy Ciabattoni, M.Ed. will share tips and tools on: Anxiety Myth Busters, Anticipation & Excitement vs. Anxiety, Red Flags in Children, Healthy Coping Strategies, and Seeking Help. There will be hands-on activities and resources available, and pizza and beverages will be provided. This event is FREE, but kindly RSVP to Eileen Baker at Eileen.Baker@cape.k12.de.us by December 4.
